Boden Week 14 - December 4, 2017

Wow! I am so glad that you have received some snow! We have about 1.5 feet here now. It snows every day, but not all day. How cold is it now in Kaysville? Wednesday was the coldest day for us, it was -23 in the morning and then stayed at around -18 for the rest of the day (Celsius).
I'm not sure what it is in Fahrenheit.

I just had my interview with President Youngberg, he is up here in Luleå today!

I am really sorry... This one is going to be way short!

We taught one of our investigators named Noo! She is from Thailand. We were pleased to find out that she had read 11 chapters so far in the Book of Mormon!

The lesson with Jakob went really well! We taught him the Gospel of Jesus Christ, and he really wants to be baptized! The spirit was so strong, and the members our way excited! We also moved up his baptismal date to the 13th of January, and he has a calendar to keep him on track. It's a miracle. He also was in Stockholm this weekend, but he went to church there! We keep praying for him.

We helped out at the self reliance class again, that was fun.

Oh, so it turns out that Tosin, the new convert from Nigeria, likes to play ping pong, and so we went over and played this morning. It was tons of fun, he is SO GOOD!

We met Jacinta again, she is doing pretty good. She is talking more and more about baptism, so that is positive! We had Precious come and teach with us, and he shared his conversion story. Jacinta talked about how she feels like how she has too many sins to become a member.

One of the big parts of this week was that the #lighttheworld initiative started! Elder Harris and I have been able to show the video on the streets a few times using our phone!

I am doing well! Have a great first week of December!
